RETURNS GUIDELINES
We hope you will love your Ella Kaye order, but if for any reason you would like to return your item/s they can be returned for an exchange or refund provided that the guidelines outlined below are observed:
- The garment is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
- Goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the original unmarked box.
